Bee-Dew - Creating a Buzz!

We are excited to announce that we are now selling Bee-Dew products paired with our fun soap sacks and lip balm holders! We have been friends with Bee-Dew’s creator, Teresa Hefley for a few years now, and always stock up on her stuff when we see our fellow crafter at craft shows. When we started thinking of ways to use our custom fabric, she immediately came to mind! Her amazing homemade products (some made from beeswax from her OWN bees! She keeps her own bees!!) are natural and perfect for little ones...and big ones!

At the first show I met Teresa, I had Pooter with us. I think she was around 7 months old? We brought her with us to the craft show and she would chase people down the aisles in her walker. We ended up having to tether her walker to one of our tables so she couldn’t leave our booth! Bee-Dew was just a couple of booths down from us, and as it was a pretty slow show we got to chat. I LOVE her lotion bars when I have a sunburn, they are amazing! Long story short, she knew I had a little one and gave me a bar of her Baby Bastille soap to try out. She said that she used it on her grandkids when they have a diaper rash and it helps it heal faster. OH BOY did it!! Bailey ended up getting a horrible diaper rash when she started solid food-I’m talking angry red with blisters. Nothing worked, butt paste, baby powder, letting her “air out”, nothing. Then I remembered the soap that Teresa had given me. I had nothing to lose, so I went for it. After the first bath with this soap the blisters disappeared. The next day I gave her another bath with the soap and it was GONE by the end of the day. TWO DAYS!!! WHAT??

Baby Bastille soap is the only thing I wash both girls with now. And myself. I have always had weird skin problems, and this is the only kind of bar soap that doesn’t leave my skin with a greasy film or make me look like a molting snake as soon as I step out of the shower. I buy it by the batch for us now. I give it to mothers at every baby shower. It’s amazing stuff. Now I know that everyone’s skin is different, and I’m not going to sit here and say that it’s a miracle product that will work for every skin type. I’m just telling you how well it works for me and my family. It works amazingly for us and I hope you give it a try too!

We also have her lip balm paired with our fun lip balm holders. This is where the beeswax from her own bees comes in. She keeps her own bees! How awesome is that?!? I would love to keep bees, but living in the city, I don’t think all of my neighbors would like that very much.
